Reservations can be paid by credit card or any other payment method accepted by Hôtel du Cheval Blanc. The credit card used for the reservation must be presented at check-in, along with a valid photo ID.
The credit card is used solely to guarantee the reservation and will not be charged immediately, except in the following cases:
If the card’s expiration date is prior to the check-in date.
If the booking is made under a prepaid, non-refundable, and non-modifiable offer. In this case, the total amount will be charged upon confirmation.
The hotel also reserves the right to pre-authorize the card before arrival, which may result in a temporary hold on your account.
By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following terms:
Credit Card: Used only to guarantee the booking unless stated otherwise.
Special Offers: Non-refundable or promotional rates may incur charges in case of cancellation or modification.
Specific Conditions: Some rates (e.g., non-modifiable) come with specific terms clearly stated during the booking process.
Standard Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
Late Cancellation / No-Show: For cancellations made after this period or in case of no-show, the equivalent of the first night’s stay will be charged to the card on file. The remainder of the reservation will be cancelled free of charge.
Non-Refundable Offers: Certain special or promotional offers may not be cancellable or modifiable. Please check the specific conditions before booking.

All changes are subject to availability.
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the conditions of the selected offer.
